There are many reasons for not updating websites. Activities you're asked about are the ones that go to the top of your priority list. When the time comes, close the door, turn off the phone and dedicate one hour to your task. Get as much done as you can. Stop at the end of the hour. You can book additional time to complete your work. Often the hardest part of doing something you find difficult is getting started.

The website is an important part of an organization's communications and marketing. If you are responsible for even a small part of the website content, it is your group that benefits from keeping it current. Give yourself the chance to get started. It just may relieve some stress.
